Job Description :Our client is looking for a Intermediate Financial Analys to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• University graduation in accounting or a related field, plus three years of progressively responsible financial experience. 
• Advanced Excel skills
• Three years experience preparing reconciliations and financial reports. 

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Good accounting knowledge

Proven Experience In :
• Review requests for Travel Authorizations for out-of-province and out-of-country travel prior to submission for Senior Financial Officer review.• Prepare recurring reports (e.g., Minister’s Office expenses, annual/quarterly expenses, hospitality), expense disclosures, and various ad hoc reports, conduct analytical reviews, and ensure accuracy.• Prepare reports required by the Minister’s Office, and Treasury Board and Finance, completing templates and confirming accuracy of disclosed data as needed/requested (e.g., reconciliation of Minister travel expenses).• Support the review of expense claims submitted by Minister’s Office staff, Deputy Minister, and Assistant Deputy Ministers who travelled out of province, to ensure they’re within policy prior to submission for Expenditure Officer (EO) approval.• Review and update the EO list to ensure it is current, including updating EO quiz completion and Criminal Record Check (CRC) information for new and existing EOs, as required.
