Job Description :Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Digital Health to support healthcare transformation initiatives through the implementation and improvement of clinical information systems and business processes. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, assess workflows, identify process gaps, support change management, and coordinate the adoption of new or upgraded healthcare technology systems.

Must Have Primary Skills :
Must Have Primary Skills
Diploma or certification in Business Analysis.
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
Valid Prosci Change Management certification.
10 years of business analysis experience working directly with clinical stakeholders in a healthcare environment.
7 years of healthcare change management experience, including stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments.
5 years of experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment.

Proven Experience In :

• Gather and document clinical business requirements, map workflows, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support healthcare change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, site readiness assessments, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, implementation plans, and project team deliverables.
• Develop communications and promotional materials to encourage adoption of new healthcare information systems across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Develop and deliver training to clinical staff to support new systems and changes to business processes.

Proven Experience In
At least 3 years in project management or project team leadership, coordinating implementations, timelines, and plans.
At least 5 years developing communications and promotional materials for healthcare information system adoption.
At least 1 year developing and delivering training to clinical resources.

Important: Candidates must provide supporting documentation for their Business Analysis diploma or certification, PRINCE2 certification, and Prosci certification. The role requires onsite work and specific hands-on experience with Altera Sunrise in a clinical setting.
