Job Description :Our client is looking for a Business Analyst role to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Commerce or an equivalent field\
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as a business analyst
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience documenting/conducting process analysis and  re-engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience writing requirements, use cases and user stories 
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in working on projects in agile environment

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Accreditation from IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) is considered an asset 
• Knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) is considered an asset

Proven Experience In :
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document detailed business requirements. • Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop comprehensive business cases outlining costs, benefits, and risks of proposed solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, operations, and management) to ensure alignment of business and technology solutions. • Create functional specifications and user stories, ensuring they are clear, complete, and feasible for implementation. • Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and enhancements to existing systems and processes. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members as needed.
