Job Description :Our client is seeking a Change Management Analyst to provide hands-on change management support for a complex transformation initiative.
This is a delivery-focused role for a change professional who can develop and execute practical change management deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagements, and support implementation readiness, communications, training and adoption. The successful candidate will work directly with project, business, operational, ministry and supplier stakeholders to develop practical change materials and support implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hands-on change management deliverables supporting business, process and system transformation.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder and impact assessments, readiness materials, communications, engagement materials, presentations, training content, job aids, quick-reference guides, FAQs and end-user support materials.Lead and facilitate working groups, workshops, alignment sessions, demonstrations, walkthroughs and information sessions.
- Support supplier impact assessment, segmentation, communications, engagement, onboarding, training, readiness and adoption activities.
- Gather information, identify impacts, validate requirements and translate complex project changes into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
- Develop and quality-check communications and change materials for leadership, business users, suppliers and other impacted stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate training and user-support materials for new or changed processes, systems and ways of working.
- Support change impact assessment, stakeholder/supplier readiness, transition planning, pilot or phased rollout, implementation and post-implementation adoption.
- Track change actions, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.
Must Have Primary Skills :The role requires someone who is comfortable getting the work done, proactively producing change artifacts, facilitating engagements and supporting execution.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4+ years of direct experience in change facilitation
- 4+ years of experience developing change management deliverables, including:
- Change Strategy and Plans
- Training Strategy and Plans
- Stakeholder Impact Assessments
- Communication Strategy and Plans
- 4+ years of experience developing effective communication materials for stakeholders
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- PROSCI or CCMP certification
- 3+ years of experience developing training materials, including:
- Documentation
- Computer-based training modules
- Training videos
- 3+ years of experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement
- 2+ years of experience gathering requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases/scenarios, business analysis or business process modelling
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Edmonton 5 days per week.
- Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:30 PM Alberta time.
- Background/criminal record check required.
Proven Experience In :The ideal candidate is a hands-on change management professional who can move between planning and execution—developing practical deliverables, facilitating stakeholder sessions, supporting readiness and training, and helping impacted groups successfully adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.
