Job Description :Our client in Edmonton is looking for Project Manager 

Must Have Primary Skills :
 Bachelor’s degree in engineering; or a relevant technical certificate or diploma with10+ years of relevant experience;
 5+ years of project management experience in a construction environment;
 Experience with utility construction in energized substations and knowledgeable inthe hazards and appropriate safe work practices;
 Understanding and experience with project permitting, environmental assessmentsand stakeholder engagement;
 Thorough understanding and experience of foundation Project Managementprocesses and procedures aligned with the Project Management Body ofKnowledge;
 Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desirable; and
 Experience and knowledge around Alberta Electric System Operator projectlifecycle is highly desirable; and
 Experience in major equipment and construction services procurement including;Request for Proposal development, tendering, evaluating, contract negotiationsand contract administration.
