Job Description :Our Client is looking for a Project Manager in Canada!

Must Have Primary Skills :
1.      Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 
2.      Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. 
3.  Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 10 years’ experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include reporting progress to the project steering committee and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment.
• 7 years’ experience coordinating internal delivery staff, vendor partners and customer stakeholders to successfully deliver project outcomes that support digital business transformation projects in a healthcare environment.
• 5 years’ experience implementing or migrating an organization to Microsoft M365 and Exchange online in a large acute care or public sector environment. Experience should include coordinating implementation with clinical and business resources and management and ensuring that all staff are adequately prepared for the new solution
• 5 years’ experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of M365 products and services including Microsoft exchange online transition from on-premise mail services.
• 5 years’ experience utilizing a structured methodology such as Prosci to deliver organizational change management strategies and plans.
