3+ years experience as an Automations BSA

Strong
knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Proven skills in data analysis, including knowledge of
scripting

Understanding of software development lifecycles

Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend design alternatives.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of project objectives.
Proven Experience In :
- Strong Advisor knowledge and experience
- Comfortable taking control and working autonomously
- Experience in Solution Design for automated processes
- Engage with stakeholders, conduct functional and technical
assessments to identify business processes with automation potential.

Work closely with the Automation Developers and Test Engineers
during workflow testing and deployment to create knowledge transfer
documentation.

with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for
