Job Description :Our client is looking for a Business Analyst ( CBAP and Prosci) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :
Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP certification.

• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification.
• 10 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.  Experience should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie
• 3 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting
• 3 years’ experience implementing a project across multiple hospitals including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 3 years’ experience directly related to EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation
• 3 years’ experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications.

Proven Experience In :
The client will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.  The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
