Job Description :Our client in Manitoba is looking for a Program Quality Assurance Analyst(Agile, Azure, Jira)

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration Information Technology, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 5 years experience in program and project quality assurance, project management, business analysis, or governance roles.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience supporting or participating in project management, quality assurance, audit, compliance, governance, or continuous improvement activities.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

Proven Experience In :

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of project documentation and deliverables.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Microsoft 365).
