Job Description :Our client is looking for a OCM Specialist to join the team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
- 10 years’ experience leading organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans
- 5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching.
- 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- 2 years’ experience performing organizational change management support for implementations of the Altera Sunrise suite of products in a clinical environment.
- 5 years’ experience leading the development of training materials and curriculum for workflow and process changes in a large, complex environment.
