Job Description :Our client is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join the team.
Must Have Primary Skills :Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification.
10 years’ experience performing organizational change management (OCM) activities implementing information technology or process solutions. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, identifying key risks, and development of change management plans. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 10 years
5 years’ experience working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching.
2 years’ experience performing organizational change management, while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in a large, complex environment.
2 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing or upgrading the EEIS (Enrollment and Episodic Information Sharing) or similar EHR (Electronic Health Record) in a clinical environment.
