Job Description :Our Client is looking for an ERP Project Manager-for migration from Dynamics AX to Business Central

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure on-time budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, provide regular project updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and custom development efforts while ensuring best practices in architecture and security.
• Drive change management initiatives and user training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including finance, operations, supply chain, and IT, to align the ERP system with business goals.
• Ensure proper documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Implementation, upgrade, and optimization of ERP solutions. 

Proven Experience In :

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central. 
• Experience with Power Platform and integrations with third-party applications is also beneficial.
