Proven Experience In :15 years of experience leading large scale tech implementation, business transformation, and system upgrade projects, including at least 3 project exmaples with project titles, durations, and specific details of work performed.
3 years of experience in policy development within public or private sector environments, inlcuding at least 2 project examples with project titles, durations, and specific details of work performed
8 years of experience designing and documenting business processes, including current state analysis and future state recommendations, with at least 3 project examples
8 years of experience managing stakeholder engagement, including engagement with frontline staff and C-suite executives, with at least 3 project examples.
5 years of experience leading change management activities in complex projects, including readiness assessments, change strategy development, leadership coaching, and resistance management, with at least 2 project examples.
