Job Description :Our client is looking for a Clinical Informatics Specialist(Electronic Medical Records, Nursing) remote across Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Analysis. Proof of the Degree, Diploma or Certification shall be provided with the response.
• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Nursing or Medical Assistant or Medical Terminology. Proof of the degree, diploma or certification shall be provided with the response.

Proven Experience In :

• 5 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities in a healthcare environment.  Duties should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.  The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 5 years. Examples should provide specific details of work performed.
• 5 years’ experience performing business analysis in a healthcare environment. Activities should include consolidating stakeholder input with data analysis to present findings to leadership teams for the development of future state models and supporting go live activities. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 3 years’ experience implementing or upgrading Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in a clinical setting. Experience should include analyzing and developing clinical workflows. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed
• 3 years’ experience supporting information system training by delivering end user training and developing training materials.  The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 3 years’ experience testing information systems including developing test plans and test scripts and executing system and user acceptance testing. The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 3 years. At least 1 example should include testing of a healthcare information system and its integration. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 
• 3 years’ experience coordinating with multidisciplinary clinical teams while providing direct patient care in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
