Job Description :Our client is looking for a Business Analyt ( Prince2 and PMP) to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response
• Post secondary degree in business administration, finance or public administration.
• 10 years’ experience conducting research, analysis, costing, forecasting and modeling to support management decision-making, and performing business analysis including trend analysis, forecasting and compensation models.
• 5 years’ experience with complex business policy and program analyses requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis, costing, forecasting and modelling.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 5 years’ experience directly leading analysts or business consultants in large-scale business transformation programs composed of multiple concurrent projects.
• 5 years’ experience implementing change in a healthcare environment.  Experience should include analysis/assessments of healthcare service delivery activities and assisting the business through change and transformation
