Job Description :Our client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support Digital Shared Services healthcare transformation initiatives. The role focuses on organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and governance transformation within a large healthcare environment. This is a full-time contract, on-site position.

Must Have Primary Skills :
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) 



Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

-Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification.  Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

Proven Experience In :
-3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations.

- 15 years’ experience performing organizational change management for large projects implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. 

-8 years’ experience in project management or team lead role implementing projects6 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes.

1 year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in a healthcare setting.

2 years’ of experience implementing a new governance model in a healthcare setting
