Job Description :Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Agile Coach with extensive Scrum Master experience to work hands-on with mature Agile delivery teams.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training.
• Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks.Must have experience coaching mature Agile teams—not teams new to Agile. 
• Candidates must show experience helping long-established Agile teams refine practices, deepen Agile principles, and advance maturity.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding mature teams through continuous improvement cycles.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills across all organizational levels.

Proven Experience In :
Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and cultivate high-performing, self-organizing teams.Educate and coach teams and leaders on the uptake and adoption of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.Develop and manage Agile growth and maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.Deliver training to build Agile capability across the organization.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
