Job Description :Our client in Manitoba is looking for a Business Analyst(PROSCI, PRINCE2, CBAP) 

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification.  A copy of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Prince2 Practitioner certification.  A copy of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Software Development. A copy of the degree or diploma is requested with the response

Proven Experience In :

• 15 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.  Experience should include developing models for operational service delivery and future state models as well as identifying business processes and where the capability gaps lie.  The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 15 years. At least 8 years of which should be in a healthcare environment.  Examples should provide specific details of work performed.
• 8 years’ experience in a business analyst role implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment.  Experience should include documenting customer requirements from clinical stakeholders. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 8 years. Examples should provide specific details of work performed
• 3 years’ experience performing integration analysis to support the development of interfaces between systems.  The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 3 years.  One example should include integration with the Allscripts Admissions, Discharge, Transfer (ADT) module in an acute care setting using the HL7 standard. Examples should provide specific details of work performed.
• 2 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of products in clinical environments. The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 2 years, 1 of which should be at a large acute site.  Examples should provide specific details of work performed
• 5 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration.  The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. Examples should provide specific details of work performed
• 5 years’ experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long term care environment.  Experience should include designing clinical workflow to work with the application and analysis of integration of the software with other clinical systems.  The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 5 years.  Examples should provide specific details of work performed
• 1 year experience implementing PowerScribe in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 1 example including project title and duration of the project that total at least 1 year. Examples should provide specific details of work performed.
