Job Description :Our client is looking for a OCM Specialist to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
- 12 years’ experience as a project resource delivering information system projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the projects that total at least 12 years. At least 4 years of experience should include working within a healthcare environment.
- 8 years’ experience as a change management specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 8 years
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- 2 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration.
