Job Description :Our client is looking for Change Management Specialist to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Certification in Organizational Change Management. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation level or higher PRINCE2 certification. Proof of certification shall be provided with the response.
- Degree, diploma or certificate in business administration, management, or public administration. A copy of the degree, diploma or certificate is requested with the response.
- 10 years’ experience as an Organizational Change Management Specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness to accommodate the implementation of change.
- 10 years’ experience creating communications strategies, plans, and key messaging for large scale organizational changes
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare as a communications lead working with senior leadership to develop communications strategies and providing communications coaching
- 2 years’ experience implementing or updating changes to SAP on an organization-wide scale.
