Must Have Primary Skills :

Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing administrative support in an office environment

Experience supporting senior staff, managers, or teams with administrative coordination

Experience maintaining records, documentation, filing systems, and tracking tools

Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, logistics, and general office activities
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Proven Experience In :The Project Administrator is expected to work efficiently within Manitoba’s standard administrative processes to support smooth office operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication across the Project Management Office.
