Must Have Primary Skills :

Experience with Agile project methodologies
- Experience delivering cloud SaaS solutions including vendor coordination and integration with enterprise systems
- Experience working with contact centre or customer service environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage business and technical stakeholders through change, adoption and operational readiness in a customer-facing environment
- PMP certification
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

Experience with contact centre technology projects
- Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solution
