Technical Skills — 

• Proficiency in Java microservices development using Spring Boot and JDK 21, with experience in API gateway design, TIBCO JMS messaging, microservices architecture principles, and job scheduler frameworks within operational or real-time systems. 
• Experience with AI-assisted development platforms such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
• Energy & Electricity Market Domain Expertise — Experience in the electricity or energy sector with an understanding of real-time operational systems, grid management platforms, and the technical constraints of regulated energy environments such as those operated by an Independent System Operator (ISO).
• Legacy Modernisation & Architecture Design — Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to modernisation programmes, particularly monolithic-to-microservices transitions, including evaluating architectural options, defining future-state designs, and guiding engineering teams through phased delivery.
• Multi-Track Programme Experience — Prior experience delivering within a large, multi-track programme where
