Job Description :Our client is looking for a Change Management Specialist - Prosci (ADKAR), Prince 2 and Six Sigma certified to join their team for a Remote Contract.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Valid Six Sigma certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions.
• 7 years’ experience in project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 6 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare
• 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations.
