Job Description :Client is looking for Project Manager across canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• 10 years’ experience in a project management role including developing project plans, managing budgets, and leading multi-functional teams.                 
• 10 years’ experience managing changes to healthcare services including creating project plans and liaising with clinical stakeholders.
• 4 years’ experience leading a team in healthcare system analysis and redesign, including surgical process flows, intake and governance. Initiatives should include overseeing and planning the process measurement activities in addition to formulating and presenting recommendations back to senior stakeholders. 
• 3 years’ experience implementing, upgrading, or operating Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and electronic ordering functionality. 
• 5 years’ experience implementing large transformational projects in including organizational and service redesign projects. 
• 1 year of experience implementing, upgrading, or operating electronic lab or medical results reporting solutions in a healthcare environment. Experience should include integration between the lab systems and results reporting solutions.

Proven Experience In :
1.      Master’s degree in business administration (MBA). Proof of the degree shall be provided with the response.
 2.      ProSci change management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
