Job Description :Our client is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• ost-secondary education in business, supply chain, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement experience (public sector preferred)
• Experience with:Construction/capital procurementRFx processesContract law and trade agreements

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• SCMP or similar designation
• Knowledge of CCDC contracts and MASH sector procurement

Proven Experience In :
Lead planning and execution of complex procurement initiatives (especially construction/capital projects)Develop sourcing strategies aligned with project delivery models (e.g., design-build, CM, IPD)Advise stakeholders on procurement approach, risk, timelines, and supplier market conditions
