Job Description : Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Must Have Primary Skills :
Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and direct experience with accounting systems.

Proven Experience In :
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate an accounting team to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
Workflow Management: Oversee the full accounting cycle and manage daily financial operations, ensuring all projects and deadlines are met efficiently.
Training & Evaluation: Provide ongoing professional guidance and training, while conducting regular performance reviews and staff evaluations.
Change Management: Drive organizational improvements by implementing industry best practices and optimizing internal business processes.
