Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan to maximize stakeholder adoption of new or revised clinical workflows, systems, and processes.
- Create and execute effective training plans and support materials to ensure users understand changes and their impacts.
- Assess readiness throughout the project lifecycle and recommend corrective actions and risk mitigation.
- Track adoption metrics and develop plans to reinforce change and ensure a robust post-implementation support plan is in place to ensure sustained adoption.
- Identify and manage organizational change requirements in collaboration with provincial digital health, eHealth, and clinical leadership.
- Support stakeholder engagement across all levels, including clinicians, operational leaders, and technical teams.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate key performance measurements and report on benefits realization alignment.
- Assess, design, and document current and future clinical workflows and business processes.
- Facilitate workflow change adoption to optimize new or modified clinical information systems or processes.
- Facilitate and support end-user training activities in partnership with clinical educators and trainers.
- Manage training logistics, schedule and learning management system content.
- Assist in developing training materials, documentation, and tools to support workflow adoption.
- Develop learning objectives, training strategies and conduct needs assessments to meet physician, clinical and ancillary system end users.
- Assist with project management activities, including planning, scheduling, scope tracking, and reporting. Develop status reports in alignment with governance committee requirements.
- Support implementation activities, including workflow design sessions, documentation, change preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Participate in the development of project artifacts, including briefing notes, proposals, status updates, estimates, project plans, and risk assessments.
- Serve as a key liaison to coordinate activities across Digital Health, clinical services, Communications, and operational leadership.
- Ensure alignment across all change management and workflow initiatives under Digital Health and CS-QIP priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to the client and Digital Health leadership through resource assessments, action plans, briefing materials, and decision support.
- Provide subject matter guidance on clinical workflow changes and system impacts.
- Support leaders with the preparation and execution of readiness assessments, engagement planning, and project gating.
- Support planning and delivery of communication activities, including town halls, clinical forums, and program engagement events.
- Develop clear and concise communication tools such as one-page huddle documents, briefing materials, fact sheets, and readiness summaries.
- Prepare written and graphical content for newsletters, updates, presentations, infographics, and change-related announcements.
- Perform additional duties as required to support program success.

Experience leading or supporting major organizational change initiatives within a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience in workflow redesign, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, communications coordination, and system implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing briefing notes, proposals, project documentation, and leadership updates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Experience working with Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) as the Clinical Information System (CIS) is considered a strong asset, including familiarity with clinical documentation, CPOE workflows, and end-user adoption.
- Prior experience supporting Digital Health–led initiatives within an acute care or provincial health system environment.
- Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
Proven Experience In :The company is undertaking a multi-year Clinical Standardization Quality Improvement Program (CS-QIP), which requires significant transformation across clinical workflows, digital systems, and operational processes. To successfully execute the program, the CS-QIP Transformation Management Office (TMO) requires specialized change management and transformation resources who can support large-scale system adoption, workflow redesign, stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness planning. These resources will work closely with Digital Health, clinical leadership, and operational partners to ensure effective planning, change management, training, and implementation support.
