Job Description :Our client in Alberta is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join them for an assignment.
Must Have Primary Skills :Minimum 5 years’ experience in organizational change management, communications, or public-sector transformation initiatives.
Proven experience with ERP or technology implementation projects.
Familiarity with recognized methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process, or Lewin’s 3-Step Model.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across departments in structured, multi-phase projects.

Proven Experience In :A Change Management Consultant is required to provide organizational change and communication support for a financial systems modernization project. The consultant will work under the direction of the project’s leadership team to help guide the organization through system and process transformation, ensuring effective adoption and minimal disruption.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and roadmap aligned with the project plan.- Conduct change impact and stakeholder readiness assessments.- Design and lead adoption and engagement activities to encourage user acceptance.- Develop and manage internal communications, including newsletters, FAQs, and project updates.- Support leadership with communication materials and town-hall content. Coordinate training planning and delivery in collaboration with subject-matter experts.- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) communication and participant coordination.- Track engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve change initiatives.
