Job Description :Our client is looking for Data Management Analyst to join their team.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment data types, investment instruments, and investment industry concepts, specifically Private Data, Performance, Fixed Income, and Compliance. 
• 5+ years experience in Asset Management.
• Demonstrated experience as a data business analyst. Ready to work individually and in a team in Agile set up
• Experience in implementing and managing data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives. Knowledge of data governance tools and platforms.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
Experience with an Enterprise Data Catalog, like Atlan or Collibra

Proven Experience In :
The ideal candidate for this position is a team player who excels at collaboration. They should have the ability to simplify complex data issues, communicating them effectively to senior leaders, along with potential solutions. • Own relationships with senior data owners and become an expert in the processes and data domains. • Work with investment teams and other business units’ data owners to identify their current and future data requirements. • Liaison for data owners to coordinate with the data management team and provide data quality solutions including root cause analysis, data quality measurement, and data quality improvement.
