Job Description :Our client is looking for a Servicenow Administrator to join their team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- 4-5 years of demonstrated experience as a developer and administrator for ServiceNow instances
- Experience with the following products: IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Performance Analytics
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :- Ability to integrate with other platforms such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Copilot- Experience with Service Hub
Proven Experience In :Responsibilities:• Design and document ServiceNow solutions, enhancements and changes based on business requirements• Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements• Support the development lifecycle (Design, Develop, Test, Deploy & Maintain)• Develop changes on ServiceNow platform through scripting, configurations, and other development activities• Work closely with and facilitate discussions with internal business clients to clarify requirements and convert them into technical and functional requirements• Report progress on development work and keep track of decisions, issues, enhancements through the entire development lifecycle• Assist in resolving technical issues
