Job Description :Our client in British Columbia is looking for a Data Analyst, remote across Canada

Must Have Primary Skills :
 Proficient in all typical MS suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  Proficient in SharePoint, MS Teams
  Experience in data analytics including layering of data trends
     • Aggregate data from multiple sources (e.g., Airbnb listings, tourism stats).  - Ability to scrape and integrate data from multiple platforms and sources) 
     • Analyze trends in occupancy, compliance, non-compliance, local market factor trends. - Data wrangling, cleaning
     • Create custom reports and ad hoc insights for internal or public use.
     • Build a dashboard that updates regularly and is easy to navigate.
     • Ensure data privacy and compliance with local regulations.
 Knowledge of Tempest (Prospero, Call for Service, etc.)
 Knowledge of AirDNA, other platform data

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise reports and ad hoc analysis
