Must Have Primary Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Agile
certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional
(CSP).

10 years proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a deep
understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices.

Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact
effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Knowledge of software development processes, tools, and best practices.
- Experience
with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus
on delivering results.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and
requirements.

Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide the Scrum team in adopting Agile methodologies,
practices, and principles. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups,
sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Team Empowerment: Empower the development team to self-organize, make
decisions, and achieve their objectives. Foster a collaborative and transparent
environment to promote open communication and feedback.

Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that hinder the
team's progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues, mitigate risks,
and ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.

Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to the Scrum team
on Agile practices, roles, responsibilities, and principles. Encourage continuous
improvement and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure product
backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate communication between the development team, Product Owner, and
other stakeholders.

velocity, and other key indicators. Provide regular updates and reports to
stakeholders on progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.

Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and disagreements within the Scrum team in
a constructive manner. Facilitate discussions and negotiations to reach consensus
and maintain team harmony.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by
identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and best
practices adoption.
